Taste of Charleston

Sunday we attended the annual Taste of Charleston at Boone Hall Plantation. It was very warm but we had a great time with our friends Jen and Todd and of course there little boogernose Claire. Doesn't Chuck look like a natural with Claire?

1-i have over 200 cookie cutters, yep i counted them as i packed them

2-i'm allergic to shellfish, but love crab

3-i'm a sucker for desert wines

4-i'm starting to feel a little more free with each item I throw away while packing

5-I can;t wait to get sewing for our new place

The carpet and vinyl is down! Just a few more things like the screen on the porch and touch ups and minor items left on the list then we'll be moving in!

Me and my niece

This is me with my sweet little niece Reagan and her favorite buddy bunny. I taught her a very valuable skill last weekend. Yep one of those skills you can't navigate the sea of life without...

I taught her how to give the thumbs up and double thumbs up gesters. And to top it off I added a enthousatic "Yeah!". We had fun crusing the antique mall yelling "Yeah!" and giving each other the thumbs up!

Yep an invaluable skill that will server well in life, oh and it's slightly annoying and loud but that's just a bonus! I know her parents are thrilled with this new skil!
